Joining the Community College of Aurora Foundation (CCAF) as Executive Director in 2016, Wolfkill is responsible for leading the Foundation’s strategic fundraising plan and activities to support the Community College of Aurora (CCA). His primary efforts focus on the foundation’s scholarship program, capital campaigns, and supporting various new program launches at the college. He is leading efforts that have already secured $16 million for CCA’s Center for STEM, Power Mechanics, and Applied Technologies building that will open in Fall 2025. He has worked with board, staff, college leadership and community partners to increase total scholarship awards from $220,000 in 2016 to nearly $800,000 in 2023 and developed internal strategies and cross-college partnerships to support scholarship recipients to earn more than 87% of credits attempted with an average GPA of 3.2 regardless of gender or ethnicity.

Katlynn joined the CCAF team in the fall of 2021 as Director of Development with an extensive background in fundraising. Her goal at CCAF are to help increase scholarship awards to over $1 million through individual, foundation, and corporate giving and grants. During her time with CCAF, Del Dotto has doubled fundraising for annual events such as Colorado Gives Day and the annual College Beyond Walls Luncheon.  Through her robust donor engagement program, she has significantly grown annual fundraising revenue to nearly $1.4 million in the 2023 financial year. In 2023, she was promoted to Senior Director of Development.

Britt joined the Foundation team as their new Scholarship & Donor Impact Coordinator in January of 2023. Prior to that, she served as the Assistant Director of Financial Aid for Admissions at Regis Jesuit High School in Aurora. She truly enjoyed her time at Regis where she was able to build their Financial Aid Program from the ground up while establishing student and family support services surrounding equity and access. Since joining the CCA Foundation team, Britt has launched CCA’s first Leadership Scholarship program in the Presidential Scholars, as well as helped expand CCA’s scholarship portfolio by ten additional funds.

Courtney (Coco) joined the Foundation team as their new Donor Engagement Coordinator in August of 2024. She comes to the team with a background in non-profit marketing, higher education administration, and youth development work. Courtney has a passion for creating meaningful connections and bringing strategic initiatives to life. In 2025, Courtney was promoted to Donor Engagement Manager and is excited to lead the Foundation’s donor stewardship efforts. She is committed to growing the donor network with thoughtful communication, community collaboration, and creative engagement opportunities.
