A Legacy of Hope and Transformation
After Dr. Chang’s passing on January 15, 2017, it was this commitment to what is possible in Aurora that led Dr. Chang’s three adult children (Ying-Fon, Li-Hon, and Min-Fon) to donate $51,000 to create the permanently endowed NK Chang Founder Merit Scholarship at the CCA Foundation. The scholarship will provide two $1,000 scholarships each year for students that are pursuing programs of study in education or a STEM (science, technology, engineering, or math) field.
To learn more about how you can make college possible for CCA’s students through donating a year-end gift to an existing scholarship or creating a named scholarship of your own, contact John Wolfkill at john.wolfkill@ccaurora.edu or 303-360-4833.

Climate of Giving & Support at CCA
Exciting news is on the horizon! As we conclude our internal Staff/ Faculty campaign dubbed “CCA Gives Hope”, we have collectively raised $22,474.52. Remember us on Colorado Gives Day and help us match the generosity of our staff and faculty. By doing so, we could double the impact of support for our students through scholarships. If achieved, we could fund nearly 100 courses at the Community College of Aurora. On Tuesday, December 5, join the rest of Colorado and give where you live on the biggest giving day of the year.

Are you Prepared?
While there are lots of reasons most adults do not have a will, the reality is, will and estate planning is important to everyone. Whether you are just starting your career and family, in the middle, or post-retirement, planning is important. We are here to help you start the planning process. It is a small way we can say thank you and give back to those who have given so much to our students.
